In November 2025, the power cable factory jointly built by China Jiangnan Cable and Vietnam Power Equipment Group was officially put into production in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With a total investment of 200 million US dollars and covering an area of 100 mu, it mainly produces supporting power cables for home appliances and industrial control power cables, with an annual production capacity of 700,000 kilometers. Relying on Vietnam's geographical advantages, the factory can radiate core Southeast Asian manufacturing markets such as Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia, with a product delivery cycle shortened to 3-7 days. Adopting China's mature production technology and quality standards, the factory is also adapted to the voltage specifications and environmental requirements in Southeast Asia, has passed Vietnam's TISI certification, and obtained localized procurement orders from home appliance enterprises such as Samsung and LG, with an expected annual sales volume exceeding 1 billion yuan.
