The standard clarifies the core contents such as functional requirements, technical parameters and test methods of smart cable monitoring systems, covering 8 key monitoring indicators including temperature, partial discharge and insulation resistance, requiring data transmission delay not exceeding 1 second and monitoring accuracy error ≤ 2%.
