All data converges into an "industrial brain" for millisecond-level analysis, which automatically rejects defective products and provides feedback to adjust production parameters. The factory manager stated that this technology has reduced the product's comprehensive defect rate from 0.5% under traditional manual sampling to near zero, while also increasing production efficiency by 25%.
