In December 2025, the Lianxun Intelligent Power Cable Factory in Zhongshan, Guangdong was officially completed and put into production. With a total investment of 680 million yuan and covering an area of 110 mu, it is a new-generation intelligent power cable production base in the Pearl River Delta. The factory deploys 6 fully automated production lines covering the entire process of conductor stranding, insulation extrusion, finished product testing, and packaging storage. Through the industrial Internet platform, it realizes equipment linkage and real-time control of production data, with per capita production capacity 3 times that of traditional factories. Focusing on supporting power cables for home appliances and connecting cables for intelligent equipment, the annual capacity reaches 1.2 million kilometers, which can meet the supporting needs of 15 million home appliances. At present, it has signed annual supply agreements with Galanz, TCL and other enterprises, with an order fulfillment rate of 90% in the first month after production.
