Its specially developed special-shaped copper conductor project has realized mass production, saving more than 350 tons of copper annually and significantly enhancing product market competitiveness. By restructuring the cable conductor structure and process, the project standardized 102 original specifications into 16, changing the conductor cross-section from circular to trapezoidal. On the premise of ensuring qualified resistance, it reduces the frequency of production changeovers and improves the efficiency of the stranding process. The company's 5G digital wiring cable workshop adopts digital twin technology and a self-developed monitoring system to achieve one-to-one real-time monitoring of equipment. Dozens of AGV trolleys replace traditional manual handling, reducing personnel by 40% while doubling production capacity. The annual output value has increased from 750 million yuan to 1.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 74%; the per capita annual output value has reached 10.25 million yuan, an increase of 83% compared with before the transformation. Currently, the enterprise is promoting the improved technology of special-shaped copper conductors to aluminum conductor production, promoting the standardization of special-shaped aluminum conductors, and further reducing production costs.
