It plans to invest over 2 billion RMB to build an intelligent factory specializing in high-voltage wiring harnesses, smart cabin cables, and high-speed data buses. The factory will adopt the automotive industry’s standard VDA 6.3 quality management system and a zero-defect philosophy. Its production lines will be capable of direct integration with the order systems of automotive OEMs to achieve JIT production and sequenced delivery. Industry experts point out that transitioning from “fixed installation” power cables to “dynamic, harsh-environment” automotive wiring harnesses is not just a product leap, but a new test of supply chain responsiveness, quality control systems, and capital intensity. This move signifies that cable giants are actively entering this new, higher-barrier, and higher-value-added track.
