China's first 5G fully-connected smart cable factory has officially commenced operations in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Equipped with over 2,000 industrial sensors and 5G modules, the factory achieves real-time data collection throughout the entire production process, from copper rod drawing to finished product packaging. In collaboration with AntChain, all critical production data (raw material batches, process parameters, quality inspection results) are recorded on-chain in real-time. Customers can trace the "digital passport" of every meter of cable via a blockchain explorer. The factory's production efficiency has increased by 35% compared to traditional models, with the defect rate reduced to 0.12%.
