According to Fuzhou Customs statistics, from January to November 2025, Fujian exported wires and cables worth 13.14 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 80.5%, ranking fourth in the country. Fujian's wire and cable exports cover nearly 200 countries and regions. Exports to Hong Kong reached 1.51 billion yuan, up 195.7%; exports to ASEAN and the EU were 1.96 billion yuan and 1.19 billion yuan respectively; exports to Mexico performed well, reaching 1.16 billion yuan, up 31.2%. Foreign-invested enterprises were the main force behind Fujian's wire and cable exports.
