Recently, Hengtong Optic-Electric announced plans to build its second North American factory in Monterrey, Mexico, primarily producing new energy vehicle wiring harnesses and special cables to directly supply local automakers like Tesla. This move not only effectively circumvents trade barriers but also enhances market responsiveness by shortening the supply chain.
